1.Can it be used on an open fire?
Yes, it can be used on gas stove induction cooker and oven.Do not use microwave oven,because enamel belongs to metal products
2.Can I use it for stir-frying?
Enamel cannot burn it empty and dry when stir-frightening oil amount is too little so it is not recommended for stir-frying,suitable for steaming,stewing,boiling,frying.
3 Will enamelware stick to the pot when used?
One of the features is fast heat conduction,although the surface is smooth there is no non-stick coating.Make sure there is enough water when cooking,Pay attention to mixing and using a low heat.
4. Is the enamelware easy to wash?Will it be blackened by an open fire?
Enamel surface is smooth and easy to clean.The surface of enamel and ceramics is inorganic glass glaze, so the inner wall will turn yellow like ceramic cup,especially in the case of cooking could be food coloring,belongs to the normal phenomenon don't worry can use white vinegar,baking soda tableware disinfection powder can be bright as new.Same applies to cook paste stains and other conditions.
Enamel is fired at 800ºC high temperature,so as long as there is no stain before firing,it will not turn black generally, unless there is a little gas in the last remaining gas cylinder,too many impurities may cause the burning to turn black, but it can be cleaned!
5.Does it break easily?
Enamel interior is metal plate,fall to the ground,although unlike ceramics will fall apart to pieces,but may also fall off the surface of porcelain,so we should take care of it
